Subscription Terms

These terms apply when a RokaOS checkout offers a paid subscription. They supplement the Terms of Service and, for vendors, the Vendor Terms. No subscription is offered until checkout is enabled and the exact commercial terms below are displayed before purchase.

Checkout must show the service and material features, CAD price, billing interval, currency, applicable taxes and mandatory charges, supply date, trial or promotional conditions, renewal terms, cancellation method, refund policy, technical requirements, and RokaOS business contact information. The purchaser can review, correct errors, and accept or decline before payment.

After purchase, RokaOS sends a durable email receipt or contract copy containing the purchaser, purchase date, supplied service, price, taxes/charges, billing and renewal terms, cancellation/refund policy, supply date, and contact information. Payment-provider receipts do not replace information RokaOS is legally required to provide.

A recurring subscription renews for the disclosed interval until cancelled. Cancellation through Billing settings or the customer portal stops future renewal; access ordinarily continues through the paid period. RokaOS will not make cancellation materially harder than purchase. Statutory cancellation and refund rights always apply.

A purchaser may request a full refund of the first Vendor Pro payment within 7 calendar days after the initial purchase by emailing billing@rokaos.com. After that goodwill period, subscription fees are non-refundable and are not prorated when cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period. RokaOS will refund duplicate charges, charges made after an effective cancellation, or material paid-service failures caused by RokaOS, and will always honour mandatory statutory cancellation or refund rights.

Failed payments may enter a 7-day grace period before paid tools are restricted. RokaOS will provide advance notice of a material price or renewal change and obtain renewed agreement where required. No retroactive fee or hidden mandatory charge is permitted. A refund from RokaOS does not determine refunds owed under a separate vendor-couple contract.

Vendor Pro provides only the tools and limits shown at checkout. It does not guarantee leads, bookings, revenue, approval, verification, review status, availability claims, or organic ranking. Verification is earned through a separate evidence and moderation process.

The launch price for Vendor Pro is CAD $25 per month plus applicable tax. Live charges remain disabled until tax treatment, checkout, receipts, cancellation, refund, webhook, entitlement, reconciliation, support, and legal gates pass. Contact billing@rokaos.com. RokaOS is operated as a British Columbia, Canada business. The complete service address will be displayed in checkout and the contract copy before any public paid offer.
